Daisy has passed away from this world

She taught me to love as only a Dog can

I will always have her with me, she is a big part of my soul

I'm comforted in knowing she is playing with all of
our loved ones in Heaven

She is happy now

What a lovely girl indeed Bret. My thoughts are with you. It's true she is part of you just as you are of hers. You two were lucky to find each other and share all those special moments that will always be with you in your heart, mind and soul. She is just running a little ahead around the bend but will always hear your call. I am sorry. Ignacio

So sorry to hear about Daisy. She will always be your special girl and will always occupy a place in your being. Just remember that she's in a special place and is running free, chasing a ball or whatever was her doggie version of fun, with no pain and no boundaries. Thinking about you - Geoff

They say a dog is a man's best friend......for many of us our dog is our bestfriend as they are always happy to see you. But like all our friends who pass before us, I am sure we will all meet again someday. Christi

Daisy was such a sweetheart! Full of energy, and I'll always remember her spikey reddish brown hair and the ridgeline down her back. She was such a young girl when we met. I just know she's running around fields of flowers with Max and Wonka right now.

At the Gate
"There is a pretty place up in the sky,
Where special dogs go when they die.
A place to stay and wait all day
Until their master comes their way.
For some the wait is short and sweet,
For others time drags on leaded feet.
Row upon row by heaven's gate
The noble, furried creatures wait.
For a certain footstep that they know,
For a certain voice to say, "Lets go."
And so you left us on this day
For a place of no pain, to run, to play.
But keep your eyes upon the gate
I'll try not to be too late.
I'll softly call your name and then,
Together, life will be good again."

Brother,

How lucky we are to have these amazing dogs come into our lives with pure hearts and souls, living their every moment for us, devoted and faithful to the day they pass. Daisy and all those like her are my heroes.

Here's something to remember always:

The Rainbow Bridge
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body begins to quiver. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

Ahh Brett, so sorry to hear that.
Dogs are so awesome and full of love - their lifespans are definitely disproportional to how much they give to us.
I'm sure you had some good times with her.

Take care bro,

dk

I'll always remember how she curled up in the shape of a perfect hug. She had the softest ears which I would point out when little kids came up to her. She had the kindest eyes.

"Speak, Daisy, speak."

Bret - My heart's with you man, I can relate to what you're going through. I also believe that we have these brief yet special relationships with our pets for a reason while we are here on earth. I believe the love and care you have for your Daisy girl is a snapshot of the love and care God has for each and every one of us. I know you are thankful for the cherished moments with her..Peace to you during these hard times bro.

Hi Bret,
I'm so sorry to hear about Daisy. She looked like a beautiful and happy girl. I know it's the biggest heartbreak imaginable after losing Sadie 2 weeks ago. I have to believe they're frolicking (and eating dirt, if Sadie has her way) and that we'll see them again soon.
My thoughts are with you.

Daisy-Lou, we love you!

Daisy had a lively and beautiful spirit, as she connected on a deep soul level with those she met and loved. I fondly recall her eagerly howling for treats, decorating with hearts, and sharing sweet sloppy-wet kisses.

Rejoice in knowing that yesterday, the trumpets were sounding as St. Francis and all of his precious furry friends (Rusty, too) ran to welcome Daisy as she crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. Her eyes brightened as she was made whole and healthy with every step she took.

Someday, when she hears you call out her name, Bret, she will come running, eagerly waiting as you cross over, and she will rejoice in being reunited with you again.

My deepest sympathies, Bret.

Peace-
Michele

I remember Daisy Girl coming to the office...that even as the "mature" lady of the group, she opened up just a little more everyday and got her "giddy up" walk going ;-)...that she even licked Sneaks back ;-)...that I could see how much she loved you in her eyes...and how much she loves you still...Jules

Unconditional love. We all will miss Daisy. All of us know that we gave and give our pets a great life during their time with us and they provide us with unconditional love. Daisy is now with all the other dogs running free and being happy. Say hello to Sneakers, Bert, Stormy, Kimba for me!

Bret - I always loved the way Daisy Girls Eyes would light up and her mouth would smile when coming home and walking through the front door. I think Daisy had many perfect Daisy Dog Days: Getting up - eating a yummy breakfast - going on a hike in the hills chasing foxes and howling like a lunatic - then going home and laying in the sun in the backyard and getting belly rubs - sprawled out making funny faces. She had a great life with you and I know you will miss her lots and I will too.
Kristin :-)

Though I never had a chance to meet her, I can feel what a wonderful impression Daisy made to all who knew her and how very special she was to you Bret. I can feel the love and that never goes away. My thoughts are with you. Es
